Outstations/homelands consultations
Stage four consultations with outstation/homeland service providers and residents commence in August and will continue on a shire by shire basis until November 2009.
Stage four consultations will review current funding levels, how funding is applied, gaps and priority needs.
Government will make every effort to consult with residents of all occupied homeland and outstation in the NT.

Five Stage policy development process
- STAGE 1 (October 2008): Discussion paper released
- STAGE 2 (December 2008): Community engagement and written responses
- STAGE 3 (May 2009): Headline Policy released
- STAGE 4: (commencing August 2009): Second round of consultations
- STAGE 5: July 2010 (intended): roll out of new arrangements
